Set up the APN on your Google Pixel
If your eSIM isn't connecting to data after activation, you may need to set up the Access Point Name (APN) manually. Follow these steps on your Google Pixel.

Step 1: Open Settings and tap Network & internet.

Step 2: Tap SIMs.

Step 3: Select your new eSIM, then scroll down and select Access Point Names.

Step 4: If there are no APNs, you'll need to create one. Tap the '+' at the top right.

Step 5: In the Name field, type 'New APN' so you can easily recognise it.
Step 6: In the APN field, enter the word 'isp'.
Step 7: Leave all the other fields empty, then select Save.

Step 8: Finally, make sure to select the newly created APN as the default for your Pixel — otherwise it won't activate correctly.
